Frequently asked questions
Care & Maintenance
Keeping your Bamboo Pet Bath Frame in great condition is simple with a few easy habits:
- Wipe after every use: use a soft, dry cloth to remove water and pet hair from the frame after each bath.
- Keep the bamboo dry: don't leave the frame sitting in standing water or in a wet environment between uses.
- Air-dry fully: after wiping, let the frame air-dry in a well-ventilated area before storing it.
- Store it safely: keep it in a dry indoor spot, away from direct sunlight and humidity, when not in use.
- Avoid prolonged soaking: don't submerge the frame or leave it in a wet tub or shower area for long periods.
- Use gentle cleaners only: clean with mild soap and a damp cloth. Avoid bleach, alcohol-based sprays, and abrasive scrubbers.
- Oil it now and then: to keep the bamboo's natural finish, apply a food-safe wood or bamboo oil every few months with a soft cloth and let it absorb fully before use.

Materials & Quality
Every Easy Bath frame is built from solid bamboo, a naturally strong and lightweight wood that holds up to daily use. The straps are made from heavy-duty seatbelt-style webbing, the same kind of tightly woven nylon used for vehicle safety belts, chosen because it resists stretching and stays secure even with a wet, wiggly dog. Each frame is assembled and inspected by hand before it ships.
